Using a browser is very inconvenient

You should probably take a minute to write more.

Agreed. If you want to post a thread on the forum, then you should at least take a moment to go into detail on some of the "inconvenient" features you speak of so yeaGO has a user base of suggestions to work with in the development of an amazing app.

Well that brings up one of my inconveniences, the page likes to move while I'm typing and any typing/general tapping has a few second delay.

That sounds like a hardware issue. Are you running the site on a PC/Mac or mobile phone?

Mobile phone, which I know the issue is because of that, but if there was an app it woudnt be a problem for any android users, I've noticed I'm not the only one who's wanting it.

Everyone is wanting an app...in fact one is in development as I'm sure you've heard. The beta just opened to a few members of the site...and it seems to be to functioning well with the features that are open currently. I personally use exclusively mobile for my platform and I've never encountered any of those issues. What mobile device are you using? And what browser are you using it from?

Google chrome/ HTC vivid I actually didn't really consider the fact an app would be in progress when I made the comment but I guess now I have more information on it. My accounts less then a week old, I'm pretty new.

Ah. My bad. Well then, Welcome to the site!!! And yes, and app is in development...but probably still a while from being complete and ready to be put on the market. Also, there is your problem...Chrome SUCKS! ;) Haha. I personally use Firefox or the standard browser that comes on the phone. I have a Samsung Note 2 though. I would recommend trying a new browser to see if the issue persists. If it does. You can contact yeaGO about a possible fix, though I'm not sure what he could do about that...

In any reality the app isn't made to duplicate the site. :P

No its fine hah. It's still usable!

I've never had a problem with Chrome on my Nexus 5. Google applications tend to be more streamlined on a Google phone though... I just hate typing double brackets every time I want to link something, that's the only thing I find inconvenient about using the site on my phone (it's not a legitimate issue, I'm just lazy).

What would be a better mobile input type?

December 9, 2014 10:15 p.m.

Thats the thing, I don't know that there is one. For me, I have to go to the keyboard with numbers then from there to the keyboard with the more obscure symbols, including square brackets. Its tedious but doable.

Perhaps there's something you can do that inserts a "special" text box within the normal text box. Are you able to tell when a user is typing on the site? You could have it add to the header only when you're typing? Basically a shortcut that could insert brackets or another indication that it'll link to a card, deck, or user.

Not sure this makes sense outside of my mind....
