Another humble trade-platform suggestion...

So last time I posted one of these, it went over pretty well and got implemented very quickly. So I figured I'd post one more nitpick:

It's a huge hassle to have foil cards on your wants list because non-foil cards that people have listed in their binders show up as matches, even if you don't have the regular version listed as a want. This is especially annoying when you're looking specifically for foils, and not interested in non-foils. Could this be fixed?

I've had similar problems when looking for specific set of a card, but that's likely much harder to implement.

Also if you're looking for nonfoils and people with foil versions pop up...I can't afford foil FoW okay don't get my hopes up lol

are you sure you're never open to a foil version of something even if you didn't list it as foil?

@yeaGO Yes, I'm sure. Most people who care to trade for foils also care enough to list them in their wants as foil. Nobody that I know takes the more expensive version of a card "just because". xD

That said, I could see someone purchasing a foil in the case that there are only foils on the market and they need the card right now (at a GP or the Pro Tour or something). That's typically not the case in online trading haha.

If the foil is cheap enough that the difference in price is negligible when compared to the regular, then the foil isn't really worth listing.

Why not implement an option to turn on exact matches only, so people looking for exact cards can turn it on while others can keep it like this?

Because people with foils on their wants list get inaccurate results for the "user most matches" chart on our binders. Gets me every time haha.
