Any other mobile users experiencing this?

Is this a problem with the site or with my iphone? I've upgraded to the latest ios and also tried firefox in addition to safari, but I keep getting this stupid message. I haven't seen it on any other site, but then again, I don't really go to any other site on my phone.

I actually had a similar problem right after logging in on my computer. It gave me one of those pop-up surveys that I had to close. Only the first time I logged in today though, not any other time.
