Anyone else having notifications bug out on them?

Sometimes I'll receive no notifications for a thread or forum I am subscribed to for well over 24 hours, only to log in and see many posts have been made.

Sometimes I am tagged, and never notified.

Sometimes I receive multiple upvotes, as many as 7+, and receive no updates.

There are times that I WILL receive an update about something being posted just several minutes ago, but the post it goes to turns out to be over a day old.

Anyone else having these issues?
