Arcanis the Omnipotent Legality

The site is saying that Arcanis the Omnipotent is illegal in standard, but it was reprinted in a duel deck. Is he just not legal or is it a site error?

Just because a card is ptinted in a Duel Deck doesn't mean it's Standard legal. So no, Arcanis the Omnipotent isn't legal in Standard.

Yea and unfortunately I don't see him getting the reprint this block

For reference, secondary products like Duel Decks, Commander, etc. don't affect Standard or Modern. They only affect eternal formats (Legacy, EDH, Vintage).

Only core sets and blocks add cards to Standard and Modern.
