Are you html-savvy?

Not sure if this is in the right place, but I need help designing a html "spoiler-like" code.

I want a code that will let me have a button that says "Show All" and a short table under it. When the button is clicked, it changes to "Show Only Specific" and the table changes to a table that has many more rows.

I have never taken a programming class, and it would have been nice to experiment with this kind of thing, but any help could be nice. :D Thanks!

Also, this is not a project for school and I am not trying to get someone to do work for me. I can go into more detail if need be, but this is a personal side project that I've hit a roadblock on.
