Automatic Feature Token Reimbursement?

I'm pretty sure many of the users who spend a lot of time on this site probably lament on those moments where they get no clicks out of a feature queue.
Whatever the cause, be it sheer unluckiness or site shutdown, I propose that for a certain number of clicks gained from a feature token, that the token can be automatically reimbursed to us. Say for example, 10 or lower? This would prevent the waste of money on random chance and their ilk.
I feel, though this is good at heart, that this is more a personal problem than a problem that really needs addressed. The point of the feature token is to be featured, this is true, and you are featured, but the token doesnt guarantee in itself any clicks at all. I do feel that the token should be reimbursed in the case of the site shut down though.

yeah the site would basically just be footing the bill for unengaging / boringly named / over-saturated decks.

Subscribing because this is interesting. And because I think that this would be a good idea, but I also think that it's not going to be put in place anytime soon.
