How do you include image to a deck profile? or any image somewhere else in my profile etc?

If you want to attach an image to the deck title, you can use the featured card field on the edit page for that deck.
If you want to embed an image in the deck description or in the comments, then you need to use HTML.

I have no idea what you're doing.
Also, nothing is related to artist rights, and I'm not sure what the second half of your post is trying to ask.

Are you trying to upload something from your hard drive? You can only embed images that are hosted on another site (e.g. Photobucket or ImageShack).
Also, you can only enter cards into the featured card field. You can't enter images.

also, VIEWS in the deck profile refer to diferent views made by diferent users, or to all views in general?

Is what free? The image hosting sites? It depends. They'll tell you if you have to pay. I think both Photobucket and ImageShack are free.
I'd like to be able to give you exact answers, but you really need to ask more specific questions. It's very hard to determine what you're trying to tell us.

are they free, no pay per use? talking about (e.g. Photobucket or ImageShack) you mentioned earlier

.k, there is a NUMBER, of vievs in my profile on all decks Ive made, this number views (on?) the deck refer to views made by diferent users, or to views all in general, like me cliking to edit the deck?

It will count at least all of the views made by unique IPs and users, but I don't know whether it counts repeated views by the same IP or user.

@rakdosrunner: I wouldn't assume that, nor do I think it's relevant.

Use HTML.
<IMG SRC=picture URL here
Put > at the end of the URL and it'll will work. I can't put it there in the comment or else it won't show up.
