Background Images

I would like to know how to properly make a background image for one of my decks. But I have no clue how to go about doing this. I know a little bit of css. But everything that I try to do just doesn't seem to work.

You can't implement custom CSS coding unless you're an upgraded user. And even then, you have to really know how to do it. If you don't, you'll break the site. It's happened a million times before.

I am an upgraded user with the same question. Is there a template I can use to just plug in my image(s)?
