Basic Lands are Breaking the Bank

So like whats up with the crazy basic land prices on here? I go to make a budget mono color deck for some one, and 20 islands theoretically cost me $10! WTF?!

49 cents for a basic island? 35 cents for a plains or a mountain? Where are these ridiculous prices coming from? What sucker is actually paying those prices?

Im assuming this is some kind of glitch or programming quirk? I dont know, but it makes it incredibly difficult to build a deck under any sort of budget on here, and that is unfortunate.

I never had to pay, they usually give them to you if you ask, or if you play tourny's, Especially Booster drafts.

@yeaGO: Possible option to ignore basic land prices when calculating deck price?

Or even a more advanced system that would give you a checklist of your deck and allow you to check cards for a "total remaining price"? That might be a useful feature for people looking to build decks over time.

Maybe because the price is still that of the full art lands from OGW?

bishopboy3 I agree.

Epochalyptik Thanks I dint know where to put this. Great fix suggestions too!

FAMOUSWATERMELON, EmblemMan, no they are not for the OGW full arts. They show the Commander 2015 land pictures. 35-50 cents for a full art would be crazy. Let me buy them all!

Yea full arts are nice but you pay for em. On a similar note, besides tournaments (where they still give free basics), my local shop has stopped selling regular basic land grab packs due to "rising costs"! I was bummed.
