Bug: deckcycles not going to top of page

Hello! Bug report!

When I deckcycle, instead of going to the top of the front page as normal, it goes usually to the second to bottom, meaning my deck gets rotated off the page after two other cycles.

I thought at first I was just cycling at popular times but I took note of all the decks on the front today and sure enough, mine pops up second to last.

Not sure if this is happening for all my decks or just a few. Will update.

Rather than start another thread I'll just post here again. Now it seems I cannot deckcycle at all! When I try to, it gives me the "out of daily cycles" message. A quick look on my profile showed that I have 0 cycles left even though I haven't cycled a deck in about 20 hours or so. Hopefully they'll just reset tonight, but I figured since whatever you did fixing my first problem may have inadvertently caused this one, I'd post here again.
