Lion's Eye Diamond is being falsely portrayed as banned in EDH. Now, I've thoroughly checked many ban lists for both Western AND French EDH, it is currently not listed. My best guess is that it was unbanned before my time.

Payment for this excellent Bug Report is as follows:

Pretty Please, Feature Competitive Azami EDH (non-French) I worked really hard on it.

Yeah, it was banned for a long time, but unbanned a couple years ago (maybe just 1). All the legality flags have to be set manually for each card in Tapped Out's database so I guess no one remembered to change it.
