can a signed card be uploaded via alter?

While not a true alter i have a signed serra sanctum that i want added to my deck list. is it ok/legal to do so. obviously i would give credit to the artist im not stupid.

you can also designate that a card is signed by using

3x Demonic Tutor *S*
