What are the requirements of a deck to be a top deck on the site?

I thin it has to have the most views, the most votes or something like that.

I think it's # of votes received within a certain time period (2 or 3 days maybe?).

It must have enough upvotes and comments on it to beat other decks within a 10 day range.

Don't bother with deck rating. It doesn't matter, and only reflects the bias the T/O community has towards certain deck types.

Not really.

There's just more casual players on here than there is competitive.

Most people like janky kitchen table decks that are easy on the budget and unique, so if you want 'votes' I suggest trying something like that.

Those that like the competitive format and aren't so limited on a budget are more likely to critique and upvote the more expensive, proven decks.

also, deck titles that are in all caps seem to perform well :P

maybe change your deck title to all caps and see if it gets a boost.

There's alot here. To start I'm a casual player who likes going to Friday night magic with decks I put my heart into. Hell, my most voted deck is a standard mill deck, and asks the question why are you so scared of defenders? If that isn't janky and affordable, other than the four ashioks, Idk what is. creatures with big butts and phenax. That's all. My titles are usually puns, is that a bad thing?
