Can we get a split between the highlander formats into German Highlander and Canadian Highlander?

What's the difference between the two? Is one of them 1v1 (ie duel commander) and the other multiplayer?

Different ban lists and deck building rules.

Different forums would probably be too much; but deck category/format differention is what I am shooting for. @ Guftders:

Both formats are 100 card singleton formats that 1v1 using the Vintage Banlist.

• German highlander employs an additional banlist to moderate its meta.
• Canadian highlander uses a points list to moderate its meta - powerful cards are assigned points 1-10 points and you can have cards totaling 10 points at most in your deck (per every 100 cards)
