Can't Access Deck?

Looked around on the forums, and didn't find anything so figured I'd make a post about it.
I recently updated my Mogis commander deck http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/mogis-god-of-slaughter-edh-melter-of-faces/ via my iphone, so maybe that is the cause, but It's inaccessible. It comes up with the message
"You have encountered a site error and Ornithopters have been deployed. Maybe you can hear them buzzing on our facebook page"
This problem has persisted for at least 1 week.
I tried going to previous updates, but those were also inaccessible. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thank you.

If something goes wrong on only one deck, it's probably on your end. Type in /update at the end of any deck url to fix whatever coding you might have botched up.

Thank you for the help.
I tried everything I could, and couldn't figure out the problem. Tried deleting the description entirely, renamed the title of the deck, changed hubs, tried going prototype after copying then deleting the list of cards, nothing worked.
I wanted to delete the deck but no delete was available--adding /delete to the end of the url ended up working.

Go to the update section and check if the description for html errors, like tabs not closed.
