Can't build a paste deck

Iv'e been trying to make a paste deck for a few days but every time it says

Error

Description: Beautiful soup: Cannot parse HTML expected string or buffer

Can someone help?

I'm on a Mac and have tried chrome and safari. I also tried it on my PC, still no luck. I dunno what's up.
