I can't deckcycle, there has gone a day since my last deckcycle... what can I do? It just keep saing "You have reached you daily deckcycle"...

SavageK2 says... #2

I am getting the same and I should be entitled to 3 deckcycles but haven't been able to for over 24 hours. It must be a bug.

The whole site seems buggy the last few days

Yeah, the site didn't do the usual refresh at midnight. Looks like a bunch of decks are also getting empty circles instead of mana breakdown, as well.

Also the view counter isn't working for decks. Saw a bunch with 0 views and a bunch of upvotes

okay... Seems like a bigger problem:) Shouldn't they do anything?? My decks haven't ever got more views... But I am glad that it isn't just me with this problem.

I'm sure Epochalyptik is aware of the problem and is working to fix it. This has happened before and it was fixed pretty quickly.

I call upon yeaGO! to fix all of our problems for us. :)

My deckcycling has been working since the site came back online, so it's not a universal issue.

I'm having the same issue and was a few days before the site went down too. I have a deck that has an empty circle instead of a mana breakdown and it says I haven't deckcycled for 6 days but that I have 0 deckcycles. I've tried deckcycling anyway and it tells me I've reached my daily cycle limit. I also tried deleting and readding that deck and it still has no mana breakdown. To be fair though, I'm glad the site is at least back up!

February 17, 2014 10:59 a.m.

I haven't been having deckcycle issues.

Also, yeaGO! is on vacation, and I don't do any of the super-technical stuff. Unfortunately, I can't fix bugs like this one.

For reference, if you post about a bug, you should include your browser (including version number) and specifics about the bug (including URL). The more info we have, the sooner we can determine a pattern, and the sooner we'll be able to address it.

My deckcycle count has been 0 since the site has been back up. Don't know if it started before it went down but it isn't a browser specific issue as I've used Firefox, Chrome and even my phone.

I am using google chrome Version 32.0.1700.107 m. When I try to deckcycle it tells me Ive reached my daily limit.

I've been having the same problem since a few days before the outage. Not a URL thing, happens no matter what platform I use to log in (i.e. Safari on a Mac, Firefox, or phone). Can't deck cycle, no views on my decks, and one of the color pies is empty on my most recently added deck.

MinscAndBoo says... #22

I'm also getting "you've reached your daily cycling limit." Probably a server-side issue.

(PS I haven't deckcycled since before the site went down; some counter needs to be reset?)

To flesh out my earlier comment, here's everything I've noticed: I usually use Chrome version 32.0.1700.107 m, or Chrome version 32.0.1700.99 which is the app version. I've also tried Firefox 25.0.1 with the same effect. As for URLs, well, it's my homepage and on all my decks since, on the off chance that it would work, I tried to cycle them all. Also, like Pterozacktyl said, the color pie is only empty on my most recently added deck. It's also glitching and saying that it has no legal formats despite the fact that I've checked and double checked that all the cards are listed as legal in at least EDH both on this site and on a different one. I first added that deck 6 days ago and deleted and re-added it 5 days ago. Also, some of the decks on the front page don't have their color pies filled in for me, but some of them do. It mostly seems that newly added decks are the ones I can't see the color pies in while older decks I can. Additionally, as someone mentioned already, the decks appear to have 0 views even though some of them have points and comments. I hope this helps.

It appears that decks made after a certain point aren't being cleared by the 'server' for lack of a better word, it could be something else, but in the past when making a new deck, it would have the clear circle then after about 2 refreshes it fills in, thats the usual amount of time it takes for the 'server' to clear and check the new data, the same 'server' for lack of a better word, is responsible for checking and resetting everyone's deck cycles.

I submit that it is not a browser specific issue, as has been pointed out by many user's in this very thread already, nor is it a quick fix by a high profile user such as Epoch, as he himself as stated.

It was stated multiple times during the outage, on the TO facebook page, that Nothing could be done til YeaGo was back on the scene, I'm guessing whatever is keeping new decks from being cleared and our deck cycles from resetting has something to do on YeaGo's end of things and we just need to wait for it to get worked out.

Last night I assumed everything would just reset at midnight, however that didn't happen and I have begun to grow the slightest bit worrisome considering other user's mentioned this problem prior to the site going down, in fact this very thread chronicles the outage through its severity.

My deckcycles are back but the views on my decks are still not tallying/incorrect and my latest deck still has a colorless pie. Glad to have the deckcycle back though!

I think whats happening to me is that instead of my deckcycling reseting at midnight, it resets 24 hrs after my last deck cycle
