Can't link to private deck

So I put together a decklist for a couple friends, set it to private and shared it. They can't see it, and I can't link it; the site won't find it. Apparently it's invisible to everyone but me.

I'd like to know what's going on and how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Private means only you're able to see the deck. Uncheck the private box and the problem is solved.

Then what is the point of the "share" function?

Are your friends logged in? If you have somebody on the Share list, the site will only show them the deck if they are logged in, otherwise it will throw a 404.
