Can't See the Cards (Draft Simulator)

I am using my mobile to draft via the draft simulator. I have drafted using the simulator on my mobile before without fail, probably since Theros. Recently when I join a draft, it begins and I can't see any of the cards to make a choice, and using the solo draft feature yields the same results. Sometimes it will say "draft cannot be found" in a blue bubble box at the top of the draft board. Any ideas on what's wrong, what I can do, etc? Thanks.
