Can't Upgrade

So I've tried to upgrade my account twice now, and I'm ten dollars down, but I'm still not an upgraded user. I can't do anything an upgraded user can do. Is there a reason? Could I have done something wrong?

Just be patient and wait for everything to go through. You can also use the contact form at the bottom of the page to submit a report. Make sure you include as much information as you can about what you did, including the times.
