Can't upgrade my account

So, I want to upgrade my account to support this awesome site, but whenever I click the 'Order now' button, it takes me to my PayPal account, and does nothing after that.

I don't currently have PayPal balance, but I have it linked to my credit card, so payment shouldn't be an issue.
