I was just wondering why there isn't a place to discuss specific cards, yes there's the forum but comments will dissapear into nothingness. I'm thinking it would be nice to be able to click/search for Boros Reckoner , then have a few pages of people saying stuff like:
"Wow, this guy is awesome"
"Meh prefer frontline medic"
"This plus blashemous act, bro"
(At the moment there is only comments that mention boros reckoner, which isn't quite the same thing as it's mostly people saying + 4 boros, - 4 skyknight etc)
And so, forth, and also maybe a card ranking like on gatherer. Maybe just a link to the gatherer page, that would probably suffice.
They were available on card pages for the longest time, but nobody ever really commented there. I could certainly bring them back. But what about the comments on the card pages, is it ever useful to jump in and see context?

I find it useful, when i think about using/ purchasing a card, the first thing i do i check the discussion on it's gatherer page, to see what people tihnk of the card, it's strengths, weaknesses and combo potential.
I also think it would be a good idea to have the cards oracle text, rather than card text on it's page. although that would take some work to implement, lot's of writing to be done. A simple link to the gatherer's card page, would probably be enough. (oracle text being wizard's official blurb for the card.)

I second this. Its great to go on gatherer to discuss cards but having one on here would be better and more of a discussion.
