Card Image 404

It seems like a lot of cards reference images uploaded by Lame_Duck with "_medium" in the filename, which causes a 404 error.
Fix would be to either add "_medium" back to the filename or change all references to not have "_medium" in the filename.

The cards that are broken are the ones in the Sorin vs. Tibalt duel deck; I made a post that they were broken when I added them, but evidently it hasn't been fixed.
All cards have a "_medium" version, as well as a "_small" version; they're resizes of the original image that the site is supposed to create automatically and I have no idea why it's 404ing for these cards.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention this also causes a problem with playtest usability if you have a 404'd card in your starting hand - seems fine if you draw a 404'd card after the starting hand, though.
