Card quantity markers have disappeared from my deck pages

I used to be able to visually edit my lists from their deck page by click on the little quantity number next to the card name and clicking on the + and - buttons that came up. It was very convenient because I could quickly look at and read the cards and decided if I wanted to keep or removed them. But starting today those quantities are no longer there for single cards, which has made editing my EDH decks visually very difficult. Is this a bug or has the feature been removed?
