Card shots in deck description

How do you get pictures of cards in your deck description? Also, how do you get pictures of cards to be shown above your deck when your looking at it in hubs?

In the deck description you can link images using html tags. I'm pretty sure the picture that shows up in the hub is the card you choose as the commander or featured card.
