Cards Not Updating in Binder

Hello! I'm not sure if this is the place for this issue, but I'm still experiencing it after a few months, and I'd like to see if anyone else has had this issue, or knows of a way to resolve it...

In my trade binder, I currently have nothing in my 'Wants', but when I load my binder, it shows a handful of cards that are 'Wants'. If I try to subtract it using the +/- button, it says I cannot have a quantity below '0' in my binder. This has caused a few trade confusions so far.

Any ideas?
