Changing a Card Through the +/- Buttons Randomly Doesn't Work

On a deck's front page, the +/- buttons can give one of two errors randomly, OR when you have a lot of cards in your deck and only on the custom categories of price and rarity (exact numbers are unknown, but presumably somewhere above the 500 mark). The first one creates a pop-up with "There was a problem with that action" and the second one doesn't create a pop-up at all. Here are two images portraying each error.
This first one is for the one that creates a pop-up. The link at the right opens a new tab that has a single word "put".
For this second one, the little numbers and letters on the right are a link to the error which gives me a massive jarggle mess of over 90,000 characters, so if you need it yeago I can give it to you.

It is in the sticky bugs thread. However, I found more information that kinda needs its own thread because it requires more information.
That an I had already posted this with the 90k characters thing in a spoiler ... but had to get rid of it because it messed up this page.

It can occur randomly alulien. I do a lot of cube work so I notice these issue more often than others. I also have the same specs you do.

That bit of information would have been good to include in your op. If it's so rare is it really that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things? Refresh the page (I assume) and move on, yea?

Refreshing the page doesn't work though alulien. The only method that works is to manually remove from the deck through the edit page.

Now it has happened to literally every card on one of my decks ...
Edit: And even going into the menu to manually edit, and coming out of that doesn't fix it.

Could it be due to how many cards are in the deck? This has over 500 cards at the time of this message.

I would counter that with a question for you: have you ever had it happen to a "normal" list of 75? EDH? I've never encountered this, and I expect that if other people had we would have seen at least one other post about it.
Seems like there's a correlation between the # of cards and the buttons working, so I would maybe do some tests by making a new list and adding cards to it like 25 at a time. You'll hit the "wall" eventually and break a button, can then repeat process with a new list, and then there's something of substance to provide the admin team with in terms of a hard # and example lists.

It's more of a correlation with what category you choose alulien, size is a contributing issue, but you are more likely to experience it when you view the deck through a different category.

Couldn't this have gone in the stickied bugs thread?
