Checkout For EU users

I think that users from T/O also lives in the EU. So when they press the Checkout button, they'll go to TCG store. But I think that store is more for American users from T/O.

Here in EU we mostly use Magiccardmarket.eu, so for us the EU would be better to have the checkout from MKM.

Maybe you could change you personally preffer in settings?

Love that idea! Even though... Most of these people on T/O are from the US. Do you want to store systems? Like, 1 for TCG and 1 from MCM?

Yeah that's what I mean. The US users go for TCG and the EU for MCM. I don't know if it's hard to get it into the system?

Yeh but that would be super hard because each and every user would have to tell Tappedout where they live and then yeaGO would have to implement some sort of code that altered links on the site depending on your location setting. Possible but difficult.

Also adding cards and checking out on cardmarket is very different to adding cards and checking out on tcgplayer. So the 'checkout' button would have to do two very different things.

Also, another thing, how does TCG calculate shipping? I know in Europe, shipping is really expensive. To be honest, I don't think a checkout button for MCM would work because of the shipping prices.... :(

ChiefBell I don't think T/O should ask where we live. Maybe in your personal settings you either can chose TCG or MCM.

About the checkout you're totally right. But IF (big if!) it would be possible, it would be a great advantage for the EU community I think.

About the TCG shipping I think it only looks for US, and here in EU the shipping cost changes for every country.

To bad :-)

I dont think it's impossible though. Just difficult.

I wouldn't mind doing that at all. I would just need to be approached by a vendor in the EU who was capable of doing some tech legwork to make it happen.
