CMC filter on Card Search page does not work when set to 0

Using the card search page and setting "Converted cost" filter to "0-0" does not restrict CMC to just 0.

For example, I tried to do a search of
Colors: Colorless Blue
Converted Cost: 0 - 0

And received a list of all blue or colorless cards despite their CMC, like Academy Journeymage and Aboshan's Desire .

I was just about to say, there are no blue cards with CMC = 0, but then I thought of Pact of Negation . This is the extent of the list.

Evermind and Ancestral Vision have no cost, which is slightly different from Pact of Negation , but if something asks for their CMC, it would indeed get an answer of 0.
