Collaborative deck editing

The feature is now available to allow many to collaborate on a deck or primer.

It works with the current share list. There's a new option to allow people on that list to edit as well. They can edit most things about the deck except for the toggle to make private, the share list itself, archive, etc.

Yes! That's amazing. Is this the list of cards in the deck only or the description as well?

both of those and some of the options as well, like hubs and such
