Commanders not showing up when playtesting Custom Decks

I had this same problem a while ago, but I thought it got fixed, and now it's back. I have made a bunch of decks for a custom format me and my friends made, and on TappedOut, they are listed as "Custom" format. They also have commanders. The commanders show up on the deck list, but when I playtest them they do not show up.

None of the cards are custom or alters. They're normal cards. Here's an example, although this is happening for a lot of other decks.

First thing to note is that custom cards stuff had to be restricted to an upgraded account due to user malpractice.
If the affected users are upgraded and this is still happening, link the deck and the custom cards.
