Competitive meter

Is there any rhyme or reason for how long it takes the competitive meter to appear on a newly created deck? Seems like sometimes it takes days, sometimes it happens immediately.
I know the competitive meter is to be taken with a grain of salt. I don't really care what it thinks of my decks, I just find it amusing. It's like a little piece of candy that I get for adding a deck... "Hm, wonder what the comp meter thinks of this one?!"
Here's the one in question: https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/24-03-24-mono-white-aggro/
^ That one was private until just now. I don't think that it was ever not private until now. I'm not sure if that matters or not.

^ That was was also private. I don't think it had ever been not private until just now, yet the competitive meter did show for that one. It's possible I'm forgetting a point at which it was not private, but I don't think that's the case.

Does anyone know how it is supposed to work? It's definitely hit and miss based on my commander decks. It's not so bad with my modern decks.

I think we should take the opportunity of posts about the meter to go to the page for each person who comments in it and score at least one of their decks on the meter. THAT’S what the meter’s for ;p

Here's another deck I made, no competitive meter. Again not a huge deal, just a bit odd. Maybe another data points helps.

Competitive meter appeared! Today I made edits to the maybeboard of both (https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/24-03-24-mono-white-aggro/) and (https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/mono-blue-aggro-ish/). After I submitted those edits, the competitive meter appeared on both decks.

Yeah! Sorry for the delay, we made some fixes yesterday so I'm glad the meter is working now for your decks.
