Converted Mana Cost Counter on Deck Page Issues

The deck I'm seeing this is on Kor Legions, basically whenever I take off a 0 cmc artifact and up something else that is 1 cmc, the average cmc of the deck decreases by 0.02. It appears that anything that is 0 cmc isn't counted in the average converted mana cost. I think this stems from when lands were removed from the mana curve, making it apply to everything that has 0 cmc.

Average cmc 0.98. Goes up by 0.02 when a 0 cmc artifact gets replaced by a 1 cmc artifact. Does not go up when a land gets replaced by a 0 cmc artifact. I would say that it is indeed fixed.
