Creating those blue deck title links? Hubs?

How do i go about adding those to my decks? The blue links next to the name fo the deck that allow you to click to a subtype\e.

If you mean, taking Dominus - Dreamcrusher Edition as an example the blue buttons for Sultai, Combo, etc., then you choose them in the Hubs field near the bottom of the deck editor page.
