Custom Categories

How do I create custom categories to sort my cards in my deck list page? I can find the option for custom categories but I can't find out how to create the categories and actually put the cards into them.

Here are a few quick examples from my Rith deck:

1x Aggravated Assault #Utility
1x Artifact Mutation #Removal #Saprolings
1x Atarka, World Render #Dragons #Pump

Hopefully that helps!

One thing I forgot to mention: You can use underscores if you want to add spaces. E.g.,

1x Anvil of Bogardan #Card_Draw
