When making a deck for EDH, will it count your commander as a card even if you don't actually add it to the deck, but only put it in the commander section of the Edit Deck?
My Prime Speaker Zegana deck, Before I Forget says 100 cards but the commander is not listed as one of them. My Ephara, God of the Polis deck, Enchanting, isn't it?, says 100 as well with the commander listed as one of the cards in the deck.
I don't know what's going on, but both decks say there are 100 cards in them. One with the general in the list and the other without the general in the list. This can't be right because I added up the cards to Zegana and it comes to 99, but it says 100 on the deck page. I added the cards for Ephara and it comes to 100, but it includes the general unlike Zegana.
Please help I'm so confused.

Okay apparently if you add the commander into the decklist, it doesn't register it as an actual card :/ I decided to delete Ephara, God of the Polis from the decklist and it STILL says 100. Not sure if glitch or it really doesn't count the commander if you add it to the decklist.
