Deck Cycling

Exactly how long does it take for a non-subscriber's deck cycling to be refreshed? I've heard a few different estimates, but I'd like to know the definite time frame. Someone also told me it says how long until your next deck cycle on your profile page, but I have never seen that. I only see how long it's been since my last deck cycle, which gives no clue as to when the next one will be up without knowing how long the in-between period is.
Also, does anyone know if there is a "best" time to deck cycle, to receive the most views/feedback? (not talking about commenting on similar decks and asking them to look at yours) I figure early evening, just wondering if anyone knows from experience. Thank you!
I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but I'd rather not search through the 100+ pages. A search function would be good. :)

You get 1 cycle a day with a non-premium account. I am unsure of what time zone they use to determine when one day ends and another begins. I find that cycling in the morning is helpful since there are many people who will log on and look at decks and possibly comment before work/school but there are few people cycling.

I believe the Tappedout "day" ends at midnight Eastern Standard Time. That's when all the rankings and deckcycles are reset.

Can't tell you about deckcycle resets, but I can say that there's no "best" time to deckcycle.
The slower-traffic times late at night and in the middle of the afternoon are likely to allow your deck to be on the front page longer, but they will get fewer views.
Cycling during the high-traffic times in the morning and evening are the opposite. There will be a lot of people around to see your deck, but many of them may be busy cycling their own decks and bumping yours off the front page.

I do mine before I go to bed at like 10:30 so its refreshed again when I wake up then I do it again at like 11:30 so when people go to lunch its on the front. (then I have to wait a day and I do that over again)

Also if your trying to get people to notice your deck, you can use [ [ deck-large: deckname ] ] without spaces, that shows up like this:

I believe that it refreshes at midnight EST, regardless of when you last deck cycled.
No idea when the best time to deck cycle is.
