Deck cycling problem

i think something is wrong with my deck cycling option, it works for all but one of my decks. could someone please help?

I've waited about two days now to cycle one of my decks, when i try to deck cycle it, it says I've reached my daily cycling limit, and yet when i try the same with a different deck, it worked fine. That's the problem and i'm not sure why it's doing this.

Which deck is not cycling? Is it set to private?
