Before I changed the deck the price was about $120. But when I put in 2 Garruk, Apex Predator it shot up to $930?

Which deck? It would help if we could see and then there is the possibility of telling you why it might be the problem instead of making off hand comments like. "your budget must have been a Planeswalker, because Garruk killed it" or "Garruk is obviously a $405 card"

After doing some testing with the cards in your deck I found out that it was not Garruk that cause the error rather it was Royal Assassin . Tappedout set the price of Royal Assassin based on the Alpha Edition which is worth a few hundred you need to specify the edition of the royal assassin in order to get rid of this bug. :3

He's pretty expensive, this is because he's so good. I'd say 350 bucks is a fair price

That's odd that it defaulted to the alpha price. Are you sure it was that, and not some seller on tcgplayer trying to sell the most recent printing at alpha price?
That's happened before, once or twice.

In "Edit", a known bug is that all the cards to the oldest printing. Look if it has done so.
