Is there a way to change the order that decks appear on your profile page? If so, how?

I'd prefer if my main standard decks were at the top of the list because I access them the most. Get's old scrolling through Prototypes and Casual decks I'd like people to find easily if the click on my profile but don't want mixed up with my Standard decks.

I put up things that are recent constructions that I want feedback on, or things that I'm currently playing,

I usually keep my profile list to Commander decks, decks I'm currently playing in some competitive constructed format, and a couple pet casual decks. I would like to change the order to have the constructed lists stay at the top since they're only temporary. However, because the only way I know to change the order is to delete and re-add everything I haven't bothered doing it.
I might be remembering this incorrectly, but wasn't there one point in the site's evolution where editing a deck would automatically jump it to the top of the profile list?

If we had more control over what decks appear on our profile I'd update it more like Rhadamanthus says, a few casual decks, current competitive ones and my commander staples. So people can get an idea of what I like by looking at them.
As for personal usage I use the folder system to quickly locate decks I'm working on.

I personally would arrange the ones that I had just made to the top, so they would be the ones people would see first and click on first. This way my currently top rated deck, which everyone who may visit my profile could have already upvoted, won't be the one people see, and instead see something different. And for people who do go to my page frequently, having a new deck at the top would be a change and would catch their attention.
As for other purposes, I would either do them alphabetically, color-scheme for ascetic purposes, total score, their score/views ratio or by when I created them, newest ones first.
