Delver lens csv file errors

Hello,
I just scanned my whole collection (5000cards) with Delver lens.
I have tried to upload csv file to my inventory, but there are always errors in the csv file. Tried the custom settings because there is no Delver lens in the "Source" section. It gives me errors like "Line 2641 doesn't have the Qty value" and the line is just like any other line in the file.
Can I get any help from here?

Tapped out tech team helped me on this problem. Now I have my collection in inventory.

We'll add a delver lens import option. In the meantime, can you either upload the csv to drive and share it here or contact site's support and ask for help uploading the csv?
