Details on the Bugs of T/O's js Decklist Script, and Suggestions

So, I decided that if I was going to properly advertise my new format, Current that I'd have to start going onto sites other than T/O and make my mark on them so that the articles of the format can gain some more credibility rather than just being something posted and created by a random person no one knows about.

I started of with "The Meadery" as it is the #1 mtg-related site that generates users for untap.in. While I was making a deck there, I noticed a few things.

First, I noticed that I can use html. Yay.

Second, I noticed that the js script was working when I thought it was completely shut down. But it wasn't working to its fullest capacity. Indeed, only half of the functions that the js script was meant for, works.

I first noticed this problem when I was doing the thread on Current and I thought that the whole js script was done for, but it appears only the ability to make your deck from scratch is what is down. You can still perfectly reference your deck list that is on T/O anywhere else, you just can't make a list.

And that brings me to my suggestion.

The sites (mainly blogs) that would like to use our js script to host deck lists and what not probably don't have their own database of card images to draw information from. In this, they won't be able to have pop-up images to appear on mouse scroll-over on cards, like we do. I thought that having a js script to allow other sites/blogs to be able create image overlays in a very simple and easy manner would be a great boon to them, and it would boost this sites credibility over other sites.

I'm not sure the level of work that would be required to pull off something like this, but I'm super excited to see if this takes off, especially as I'm strongly considering setting up a MTG-related blog of my own. Something like this would be super helpful.

This seems quite doable if yeago is willing. I could help out if needed.

One thing that could be a problem is security on browsers. There are some browsers that don't allow for external javascript calls so they would have to host the javascript themselves

How does one implement it so that it creates card overlays yeaGO?

Dinging you again yeaGO. I was trying to do this on "The Meadery" in their deck description since that is the only place they don't have card overlays implemented for whatever reason, and I couldn't get it to work.
