i feel dumb that i havent found it yet. i have not been receiving deckcycles and wanted to ask to get it fixed. how do i do that?

Seriously, we need a PSA of some kind.
Those with the power to fix it, are fixing it. I believe that's why the site has been going down frequently at night. For testing.

First off, the Q&A is more for rules questions. An admin will eventually move this, probably to the TappedOut forum.
The site is glitching right now and deckcycles are not being renewed. The people who have code knowledge and access to the site are working on it.
