Hello all,
I'm considering some changes to the Draft section.
1) I'd like to delete Drafts after 30 days.
2) I'd like to delete Draft decks after 30 days by default. I will add some mechanism if you really really really want to keep your Draft decks, but by default they will expire.

I could do 60 or 90.
Yes, only draft decks made with the sim. Draft type decks wouldn't have the option.

Sounds great to me.
Taking up too much server space? Slowing it down?

Pretty much, yeah. I want the Draft sim to be speedy but its hard when lookups are spanning 200k drafts and 4M picks. If I could expire all that data then I could work on other problems.

I say 30 day expiration times, That gives the person a month to decide what to do, which is more than enough time. 45 will work just as well, and will clear up space, though it won't be as fast.
Anyways, if you have the option if you want to keep it in front of your face, why wouldn't you just uncheck it then if you want to keep it? You don't need 30 days to uncheck a box unless you get tossed in jail.

And if you get tossed in jail I doubt that your draft deck will be the most pressing thing to worry about.
As long as it doesn't get rid of our constructed decks i'm cool with it. In fact I delete my draft decks every once in a while because it just take up space and makes it hard to find that deck I started building 4 months ago that I want to make current.

admittedly 90 days is a bit long, but i think 60 days is reasonable.

If you have your parole officer call me, I will restore the deleted decks from backups.

Ok, then I will have no problem. You are too good to us yeaGO!.

My thought.... how about 60 or 90 days?
1 month flies by so quickly that i think a slightly longer period of time is recommended. Also does this mean any deck tagged as draft would get this treatment or only decks that were made with the draft simulator?
