Edit Board Improvement Suggestion

So.... Does anyone actually use the "Edit Board" button right underneath the "Edit Deck" button? IMO, it currently doesn't serve it's function very well. If you're making actual card changes to your deck, you should be using the "Edit Deck", so I see that the "Edit Board"'s function must be to allow quick switching of cards between your main/side/maybe/acquire boards (which is a very good and desirable function when you're playtesting decks and you want to see how boarding would affect it). However, it currently doesn't do that very effectively. Right now, it categorizes cards by type or what have you, and the has a pulldown menu to select in which board you want that card. This seems clunky and unintuitive.

It would make more sense to provide two select boxes with >> and << transfer buttons in between. By default, these select boxes list all the cards in the main and side boards. Selecting a card in the box and pressing the appropriate >> or << button would move it to the other select box and therefore the other board. You could then also provide a pulldown menu over each select box to choose between which board should be displayed in that box. I think this would be easier and more intuitive for the end user (namely me).

I hope I explained my concept clearly; if desired, I think I could whip together some code to demonstrate this suggestion.

No-one? Maybe it hasn't been enough time? Does no-one care about editing the boards? Does anyone ACTUALLY use "Edit Board"?

I used it once by accident. I was trying to click on "edit" and hit "edit board" by mistake.

I think that'd be logical to make siding cards in and out a little more intuitive. Also, how long has that even been an option? I didn't even notice it till just now :O

I think it needs an option where you can add a card that's not in your deck already. I've clicked on it by accident and said to myself ''ok, I'll use this instead'' and found that I couldn't add the card I wanted to add.

I think it would become much easier for quickly editing

So, 2 people that have used it by accident, and one who hadn't noticed it before. It seems like this isn't a very high-priority item, especially with all the other stuff being updated in the site (great job BTW, yeaGO!), but I found a tutorial on how to make such a thing pretty easily: http://www.mredkj.com/tutorials/tutorial_mixed2b.html.

Of course, the options would have to be modified to include the cards in the deck, and then further modified to allow choosing which board the select boxes display, but I believe that this would be pretty easy to implement.

I've used it maybe 3-4 times to quickly switch cards between main, sideboard, and maybeboard, but that's not a function I need very often.

You've actually used it more than I have, but if it's changed to the way I suggested, I know I would use it more (and I believe others would too).
