I have these buttons that link me to something only an admin can open. So either I need more rights or these buttons aren't supposed to be there. :P

I have these capabilities as well. It might just be anyone who's ever had any sort of admin title or privilege or anything gets them.

I think they're there for everyone (including the sticky option, which I don't think would work if you tried) but only enabled for a select few.

I have never seen any of those buttons. f course, the closest I have gotten to authority on ere is giving sone advice on decks, and being internet friends with the actual people who make this site run. I thank you for that, yeaGO Epock, Chief, and all of the others.
