Embedding a Deck HTML

Hey guys. First time on this forum, but I'm trying to make a website for myself and since I keep my decklists on here, I thought embedding the decks onto my personal site would be super cool.

I copy and pasted the embed code into a < section >, but it comes out all kinds of screwed up. The list shows, but the colors are all turned into my background color and it looks terrible.

I know I'm supposed to have JQuery for it, but I don't really understand how to correctly ensure JQuery is working....

Does anyone have an example they could show me? That's how I learn best :/

....as I'm posting this, I jus thought - does the embed code of the deck only work on this site....? I was assuming it was like youTube's embed code for videos.
