Evil Presence is still showing up as a fifth edition card, causing decks that run it mainboard to show up as legacy instead of standard.

You should flag the card by clicking the "Problem with this card?" button, like I just did for Immolating Souleater (which was incorrectly labeled as a zero converted casting cost. I assume that is the best way to address such issues.

Well, I just fixed Immolating Souleater for you. However, I don't know what the fix is for Evil Presence .
