For example, M15 is Magic 2015, SOM is Scars of Mirrodin, etc...

Anyone has a list made of expansions and their Official ThreeLetter Code?

There isn't a list on this site but there is a list of all MTG sets on Wikipedia that includes 3 letter set codes.

I wonder why other sites don't use the official TLA's ... magiccards.info and cubetutor are bad for it. It makes no sense to me.
